Samantha Rose Designs has been serving customers in the Atlanta area for more than 30 years. We operate a large floral design center near the intersection of I-75 and I-285. Our customer showroom is being fully renovated. Should be open very soon for in-store shopping. The floral design staff at Samantha Rose is one of the best in the area. They create luxurious, upscale floral bouquets. Our delivery team is experienced and highly professional. The scale of our design and delivery operation far exceeds that of other flower shops operating in the Atlanta area. We serve our own local customers, while also providing design and delivery services for national florists who also seek to serve customers in the Atlanta market. Every floral bouquet we design, and deliver is backed by our on-time delivery and customer satisfaction guarantee. Late Delivery/Non-Delivery: Our florists and operations team work diligently to make sure that your special gift arrives on time, within our normal delivery hours of 9:00AM to 8:00PM in the recipient’s time zone. During our busy holiday periods like Christmas, Valentine’s and Mother’s Day, we may extend our delivery hours to ensure that all gifts are delivered on time. If for any reason your gift does not arrive on time, our dedicated Customer Service Representatives will do everything they can to help successfully resolve your issue in a timely manner!

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the flower arrangement we have designed and delivered, simply contact one of our floral design centers. We will refund your purchase "OR" replace the original arrangement with one of equal or greater value, at no additional charge to you. We will redeliver the new arrangement, on the day that you select, again at no additional charge to you.

Flowers are considered to be perisable products. We don't require that customers send back arrangements that they are not happy with. Here is how our return policy works. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the flower arrangement we design and deliver for you, we will replace that arrangement, with one of equal or greater value. That new arrangement will be designed and delivered on the day you select, free of charge.


Substitution Policy

Fresh flowers are a perishable product. We purchase many of the flowers we sell direct from flower farms. Some of the floral varieties we utilize in our designs are seasonal. At times, we may be unable to source all of the flowers we have featured on our website. In those rare cases, we may substitute alternative blooms of equal beauty and value, for the blooms that may be out of stock at that moment. It is rare, but at times it does happen. As mentioned earlier, we are dealing with a fresh product. Many variables may affect the condition of your arrangement. Depending on the type and variety of flower, you can expect cut stems to look beautiful for 5 to 7 days.





How do I use a Coupon Code?

To use a coupon code, make sure you have the code ready as you proceed through checkout. On the Cart Page, enter the coupon code into the box that says Coupon Code.


When will my credit card be charged?

We’ll attempt to secure authorization on your credit card at the point of purchase online. If there’s a problem securing this authorization, you’ll be notified on the spot and prompted to use another card. Once we receive verification of sufficient funds, your order will be completed and transferred securely to us. Your account will be charged in 24 to 48 hours.
